I know how overwhelming it can be when you are in the wine store searching for a good wine. With so much selection, it’s hard to know where to start. It’s also important to pair wines well with the food you plan on serving your guests. Don’t fret, I am here to help you! To get you started I have a small list of six must-have wines for spring<\/a>. Remember, it’s all trial and error. Don’t be afraid to try something new. Most wine stores or liquor stores (I live in Canada so I would go to the LCBO or Wine Rack) have a label beneath each wine giving you an idea of what it tastes like. This little label describes whether your wine is fruity, full-bodied or dry and how much sugar is in your wine.<\/p>\n
