Last winter, we got to experience Maman Toronto for the first time. We absolutely love this place and continue to go back to get our fix of their delicious food, you must try brunch. We fell in love with this and we are glad Maman was kind enough to share this recipe with you. Trust me it’s good
- 30 gr white chocolate wafers (30 gr = ¼ cup)
- 2 scoops (2 grams) of matcha
- 8-10oz almond milk or milk of your choice
- [b]TOPPINGS FOR DRINK[/b]
- whipped cream
- shredded coconut
- Melt 30gr (1/4 cup) of white chocolate wafers in a double boiler over the stove & pour almond milk on top
- Whisk the mixture together until the chocolate melts completely in the almond milk
- Add matcha and steam the mixture. be sure to add the matcha after you melt the white chocolate and milk mixture so you don’t over heat and burn the matcha
- Pour into your favorite mug
- Top with whipped cream & shredded coconut flakes. enjoy!
