I know we talk a lot about natural skincare or beauty brands but what about hair care? I think you may start to love your hair with Rahua 100% natural haircare just as much as I do. Many of us often overlook the chemicals in shampoos and conditioners. We forget that the skin on our scalp needs just as much TLC as our face and body. Do you suffer from itchy or irritated scalp? Is your hair not as healthy as it could be?  Just like your skin beauty starts within so you need to maintain a healthy and balanced diet to compliment all the products you use for hair and skin. You also need to use products that foster a healthy scalp environment in order to keep your hair strong and healthy.

Why Is Rahua So Good?

  • Contains Omega-9-rich Rahua (ra-wa) oil
  • Exotic extracts help to maintain strong hair and a healthy scalp
  • Woodsy aroma of Palo Santo oil
  • Plant-based ingredients (extracts and essential oils)
  • Parabens, sulphates and gluten-free
  • Vegan & cruelty-free
  • Rahua’s philanthropic mission – dedicated to preserving the Amazon rainforest by providing support for indigenous tribes. This mission also includes sustaining the rainforest’s eco-system.
  • Rahua oil is used by women of the Quechua-Shuar tribe who have thick and healthy hair.
  • Nourishing oil Ungurahua, Sacha Inchi and Bruiti are also in Rahua products.

Here are a few of my favourite Rahua products:

I’ve never tried this particular brand but anything paraben and sulfate free is good for me! Is it recommended for daily use? Thanks! Emma

Hello Emma, thanks for stopping by! To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend washing your hair every day. It strips the natural oils. If oily hair is a problem, you can dilute a conditioner with spring water to make a co-wash for a quick mid-week cleanup. Most beauty supply stores sell empty bottles, so you can make this!
