I think most of you know the benefits of consuming collagen by now. Whether it’s bone broth or a collagen-based supplement, I just can’t get enough of it and all the good it’s brought to my health! Here is another great collagen infused recipe for you to try!!
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- ½ cup of date sugar
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 scoop [url href=”http://tracking.vitalproteins.com/SHzP” target=”_blank” rel=”nofollow”]Vanilla Collagen Peptides[/url]
- ¼ t ground cinnamon
- ½ t sea salt
- ½-1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- Flaked sea salt, for topping
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, date sugar and coconut oil until smooth and creamy.
- Add almond flour, Vanilla Collagen Peptides, ground cinnamon and sea salt and whisk until well-combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour cookie batter into a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
- Bake for 20 minutes and let cool for at least 5 minutes.
- Top with flaked sea salt, if desired.
