I have a smoothie every morning. Lately, I have been changing things up with a smoothie bowl. I love making smoothie bowls because you can add so many great toppings. I am not a fan of certain fruits blended into my smoothie but I don’t mind them as a topping on my smoothie bowl.
I love the new coconut flavoured protein added to Genuine Health’s Fermented Vegan Protein! Just in time for summer.
Here is a great recipe using this new flavour. I hope you get to try it and like it as much as I do.
- 1 banana
- 2 stalks celery
- Handful fresh spinach
- Thumb size ginger root
- 1 apple
- 1 scoop fermented vegan protein, coconut flavour
- 1 scoop greens+O plain
- ½ avocado
- Nut milk to desired consistency
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Give a whirl until smooth and creamy.
